Personal Data Management

The Association is the data controller, as defined by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR, for the collection and processing of personal data carried out on this website, hereinafter referred to as the “Site.”

As such, the Association is committed to respecting your personal data, which is collected and processed in connection with your use of the Site. Purposes of Data Processing and Legal Bases

Your personal data may be processed through the Site for the following purposes:

1. The Association’s contact forms on the Website are intended for the relevant departments of the Association to provide you with information about the Association’s activities and to enable the Association to process your request or message. User data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the volunteer relationship. Data pertaining to individuals may be retained for a period of three years from the date of collection or from the last contact initiated by the prospective volunteer, unless a longer retention period is agreed upon.
2. The Site may use third-party services to manage the organization of and registration for events:

Cookies

The Site does not use any cookies that identify or track visitors.

Integrations with third-party services such as YouTube are configured so that these services do not set cookies.

Website traffic statistics are tracked using Fathom. They are anonymous, processed and stored in Europe, and do not use cookies.

Data storage and processing

The data collected on the Site is intended exclusively for the Association and/or any subcontractors that may be engaged in connection with the management of the Site, particularly with regard to the maintenance or development of the applications.

The data collected remains within the European Union.

Your rights

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, and the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and, where applicable, the right to data portability.

You may request that the processing of your data be restricted or object to such processing, or, where applicable, withdraw your consent. You may also provide instructions regarding the handling of your data after your death. You may exercise these rights by sending an email to the secretariat.
