Leadership
The ICC Executive Council is first and foremost a resource for districts and countries wishing to form a new Intercountry Committee. We collect and share best practices for Intercountry Committees, organize colloquiums and conferences, develop brochures and tools. We also maintain a list of all Intercountry Committee Sections, made available through our website, and address a detailed activity report of the ICCs to the RI General Secretary every year.
The ICC Executive Council is led by the ICC Executive Council, a diverse international group dedicated to helping the Intercountry committees to increase and take action. Don’t hesitate to get in touch !
ICC Executive Council President
The President presides over the ICC Executive Council and is elected to a two-year term. They serve as the liaison between Intercountry Committees and Rotary International, and promote the advancement of ICCs in all countries.

ICC Executive Council
The ICC Executive Council is a diverse international group dedicated to supporting hundreds of Intercountry Committee Sections to increase their reach, and helping Rotarians who want to create new Intercountry Committees.
ICC Chairs
ICC Chairs promote and coordinate ICC activities in their respective area. They participate in Executive Council meetings, communicate the activities in their countries, discuss bilateral matters with other local ICC Chairs on a regular basis.
The ICC Chairs send an annual report of their activities to the President and the Secretary of the Executive Council, who in turn submit a final report on ICC activities in all countries to the General Secretary of Rotary International.
