Sunday October 16, 2022 the foundation ceremony of the new ICC between Algeria and Italy, Malta and San Marino took place in a virtual online meeting.
The Sergeant-at-Arms of the ceremony was Alessandro De Lucchi (R.C. Genova Nord, D-2032); he opened and closed the online event with the touch of the bell. He gave technical support in the various phases in which the online event was articulated.
Mohamed Ghammam, Chairman of the Inter-Country Committees Executive Council, attended the ceremony for the delivery of the chart. Mohamed addressed a warm greeting to the participants and illustrated them the main contents of the 2022-2024 action plan of the Inter-Country Committees.
The agreement between the new Inter-Country Committees was signed in the presence of Guido Franceschetti, Governor of the Rotary district 2080, representing the Governors of all the the Rotary districts of zone 14 (Italy, Malta, San Marino).
