The charter ceremony of the new ICC between Argentina and Italy, Malta, San Marino took place on May 12, 2021 in a virtual online meeting.
More than two hundred people attended the ceremony, under the witness of Celia Cruz de Giay, Past Vice President of Rotary International, and Ezio Lanteri, Rotary International elected director RY 2022-2024.
The ICC agreement signing was accomplished in the presence of the governors of 6 Rotary districts of Argentina (DG 4845 Luis Benitez, DG 4851 Cristina Bogus, DG 4895 Edgardo Murua, DG 4905 Constanza Sena, DG 4921 Horacio Rosenthal, DG 4945 Fabián Abate) and the governors of 6 districts of Italia, Malta , San Marino (DG 2031 Michelangelo De Biasio, DG 2032 Giuseppe Musso, DG 2080 Giovambattista Mollicone, DG 2100 Massimo Franco, DG 2110 Alfio Di Costa, DG 2120 Giuseppe Seracca Guerrieri).
Cyril Noirtin, Chairman of the Inter-Country Committees Executive Council, greeted the new ICC with a video recording.
