ICCs and the Code of Policies
The Rotary International Code of Policies (RI Code of Policies) is the official governance document that provides detailed guidance for implementing the Constitution and Bylaws of Rotary International.

Adopted and updated by the Rotary International Board of Directors, it establishes policies governing the administration of Rotary clubs, districts, zones, membership, programs, public image, finances, and international service activities.
The Code serves as a practical reference for Rotary leaders at every level, ensuring that decisions and operations are consistent, transparent, and aligned with Rotary’s mission and strategic priorities.
While the Constitution and Bylaws define the organization’s fundamental framework, the Code of Policies translates those principles into operational policies that support effective and consistent governance throughout the global Rotary network.
